However, for all of these diets, use BACH FLOWER THERAPIES. “Diets” in this document and most of our other folders and document, means food-plans and is not often about slimming, or losing weight with “a diet”.
NEUROLOGICAL BALANCERS:
After this diet for 3 weeks, continue for 3 days, and then wean yourself back onto your regular diet. There is a difference, a large one, between Orange DRINK and Orange JUICE: the orange drinks have only 2% of orange juice in them; and are little more than coloured, flavoured and water with sugar added. This is similar about some sachet-fruit drinks. This is about labelling laws in New Zealand, for advertising of foods. The bottles of Orange Juice are the nutritional ones, and the Organic Orange JUICE are the ones we use here. Look for the % of Orange Juice on the label, and please, choose the ones with the higher percentage. If the cost is too much, use bottles of Keri Orange Plus fruit JUICE. Perhaps some of the usual types of orange juices will be genetically engineered in future: AND: they are not at all medicinal.
RAY-OF-SUNSHINE'S ORANGE DIET: WORKS IN 3 WEEKS:
Oranges, fresh, eat only oranges, eat all you like of oranges.
To drink: Drink orange juice: here it's Keri Orange Plus, not so much the orange only type, as much as you like, but do NOT exceed eight glasses per day.
Drink water, too, as much as you like.
It's even better to buy many Organic Oranges, and squeeze the oranges at home, hygiene please, plenty of this is best.
This diet excludes cigarettes, alcohol etc.
ANOTHER DIET: THE RAY-OF-SUNSHINE YOGHURT DIET: WORKS IN THREE (3) WEEKS:
3 yoghurt small pottles a day Fresh and Fruity, Fruit of the Forest. Optional
ONE piece of fruit each meal: not plums or prunes. Perhaps buy the yoghurt in bigger cartons, and have up to 5 tablespoonsful, every meal-time.
Plus oranges, a smaller amount, 6-7 a day maximum.
To drink: water, or orange juice, as much as you wish. No tea, no coffee, etc. for the length of time of this diet. This diet also calls for NO cigarettes, beer, most wines and other liquors.
ANOTHER DIET; THE SANITY-SAVER: WORKS IN THREE (3) WEEKS TO ONE (1) MONTH:
Three weeks of Fresh and Fruity brand yoghurt, Fruit of the Forest type, daily, three little cartons or pottles of yoghurts a day.
Red potatoes: Obey God Recipe. 1 tbsp daily for 10 weeks.
Plus the Honey, Orange and Raspberry and garlic mix, 3 tsp 2 x daily for 10 weeks.
To drink: Ginger infusion, 3 cups a day, from the supermarket, Twinings. Drink water, and as much orange juice as you wish. Pure and organic types of Orange juice are by a long way better. No tea, no coffee, for the length of time of this diet. No cigarettes, drinks with alcohol in them, for the duration of the diet.
RAY-OF-SUNSHINE'S PARSLEY TEA DIET; A CURE IN THREE (3) WEEKS:
Obey God recipe using ONLY red potatoes, and green capsicum, organic will work a great amount better than non-organics. Eat three (3) tomatoes, fresh, daily.
Fish recipe, the one on Pam and Sams Restauranteurs. Ginger: anything with ginger, the spice. Some herbal teas have in them ginger. Fish and chips once weekly. Shellfish are not to be in this diet, nor other meats except as mentioned specifically. No other foods, etc., on this subject.
To drink: Ray of Sunshine's Parsley Tea Recipe No.9, see the Balance Formula with Parsley Tea, see the recipe toward the end of this document. Do not add anything to the infusion, it's parsley and boiling water only. The best water for this is either bought at the supermarket (must have the word PURE on the label); or place a ceramic or corningware dish outside in the rain, collect the water, bottle in very clean bottles, and freeze some and keep some in the refrigerator, use freely, if you can. Drink three cups of water daily. No tea and coffee, for the length of time of this diet. See the end of this document, for the actual recipe. No cigarettes for this diet, either.
GINSENG TEA: J.P.'s OVER THE MOON DIET:
Eat ginger gems, ginger loaf, and drink MILK afterward. Dairy products; soymilk and RICE DREAM are fine. “Rice Dream” rice-milk is superb on this diet. Rice wafers and rice biscuits, the Rice wafers are NOT the round cake-types, looks like puffed cereals. Eat as much as you like of this rice, brown rice please. Eat rice products; as much as you like. Any type, but the “natural” type with no flavouring is best.
Question: Is it true that we are not to put butter, margerine etc, on the Rice cakes and wafers, for this recipe?
Answer: None. Please don't buy for these weeks, flavoured rice biscuits, only the natural ones. Even though the seaweed rice biscuits are healthy, only eat the natural ones with no flavouring, for this diet. You could boil organic (if possible) brown rice for 2-3 hours, and eat up to 3 cups a day. Do NOT put milk in the rice recipe, or on the rice in the plate.
To drink: No tea, coffee, for those 10 weeks. J.P.'s Ginseng Biloba Tea Recipe No.1 (see the recipe below), give four cups daily for 10 weeks. Plus other foods and perhaps drinks, like water or please orange juice, drink all you like.
Organic oranges are the best, and organic orange juice. With this diet, no drunkenness, no alcohol-drinks, and NO illicit or illegal drugs, you do know what they are: marijuana, LSD, etc. Even if a person is on morphine as a pain-relief, is the above diet effective, still? Yes, but only in controlled conditions, by a doctor's prescription, and ONLY for pain-relief, this will work well to offset some or all of the side-effects. Cigarettes, yes, but keep them to a minimum.

Question: Do all of these diets also cure other neurological diseases, eg Alzheimers?
Answer: Yes, plenty.
Question: Are any or all of the above actually brain-cell restorers, too?
Answer: Grey-matter restorers, yes, the spinal cord and brain (central nervous system). However, it's like a memory cell that grows over a length of time (as in children), but until you place knowledge, healing and other great ideas into those cells, you will NOT perceive much of a difference: study, study, study: make it PURE, FACTUAL, AND INTERESTING.

Find ONE tea-cup, 175ml, a white cup is best for the frequencies/vibrations; fill the cup with boiling water, and use ONE Biloba teabag, infuse for eight (8) minutes, strain. Do not add anything else. Drink 4 cups daily for 10 weeks for curing insanity. Do NOT add honey or milk or other ingredients for this purpose, follow the directions, above, exactly. Of course, eat and drink other things, but be moderate, and don't eat too many highly processed foods.

RAY-OF-SUNSHINE'S PARSLEY TEA RECIPE No.9:
For NEUROLOGICAL BALANCE
Improves anyone: the thinking is better, too: improved; improves a person's mind and emotions.
MIX:
1 teacup (white if possible), fill with boiling water
8 sprigs of Parsley, fresh, washed: those little bits that lead from the stem; it is NOT the whole stalk and parsley plant; and before you start the infusion
(soaking together, the parsley and boiling water); do prepare a cup or mug, or dish, that you can strain the fluids into after the infusions are complete. Infuse for 5 minutes 30 seconds, and while it is infusing, keep an eye on the time. Strain, it is best to strain through a clean, white linen cloth; or 100% cotton.
GIVE:
5 cups of the above infusion, daily, for 8 weeks.
Children will like this too; and it does not have any caffeine in it.
This gives more balance, more sanity, better thinking; and less restlessness, it will improve those people given the label of A.D.D.; and A.D.H.D; it's environmental, it is NOT kharmic. They do deserve better.
No-one is meant to be on psychiatric drugs, for any problem at all, they do not work, and years later, it will be a fact: the patient's lives unhappy, unfortunate, with many side-effects that the psychiatrists do NOT expect.
If a person suddenly feels so concerned that they might be "going insane"; please take this recipe, before going to a doctor, if you can do this for yourself. Usually, the cause is that the person went to a party, a loud one, and someone else put drugs in their drink, unbenownst to the person. The best and finest way on this subject is: don't go to parties, loud ones, with rock music etc., because drug-dealers WILL be there, whether invited, or not. They travel around in their cars, nightly, to see if they can find a party: by listening for loud music. They will go in uninvited, and its' called "gatecrashing". If you have money on you, it will be stolen, along with any identification, and so forth, they will falsify i.d.: yours! They will attempt to use your chequebook, and will copy over and over, your signature. They are the worst of the criminals, many of them live in mansions on their so-called earnings. The answer is: don't go to that sort of party. Drugs in the fruit punch, and other and worse things. If you have teenage children, and they want a party (of their own): consider the options, first; and if you decide they may have a party; insist: the parents be there, keeping an eye on things. Decent parents, of course. It's about the parents who don't want their teens etc, on drugs, or drugs sneaked in to the food and drinks, people can and do go insane on many if not all types of illicit drugs, includes marijuana and includes “party pills”: later on, even years later, they will be depressed, very unhappy, some of then: schizophrenic. Never, though, allow drunkenness, either. Truly, the better idea is: all go out for a meal at a restaurant, instead, with the parents and grandparents, and friends, and do not allow drunkenness. You are better off with corn-chips and a glass of orange juice: seriously, yes, or other fruit juices.

If, for instance, you can find no fresh parsley, you may used dried herbs from the supermarket, use this below conversion:
1 tsp fresh chopped herb, to 2 tsp dried parsley.
So, if the recipe calls for 1 tsp of Parsley, use 2 tsp of dried Parsley, use the same; however FRESH Parsley is best, it grows well in many places, and it is better organically gardened, give the garden LOVE, and learn more, every day, about good and innocent ideas. DO NOT MICROWAVE. However, you may gently WARM but not heat up too much, in a frying pan.
THIS RED POTATO RECIPE IS TO HELP ANYONE AT ALL, TO OBEY GOD, MORE.
It is NOT implied that to have this or want it, that something is wrong; it is to do with an INCREASE in obedience, leading to reaching higher to Heaven. It is not an order, nor anything to feel guilty about whether using this recipe, or not. It is a pure and simple BRAIN BALANCER, via the recipe to the BODY, about brain-chemistry and BIOCHEMISTRY. It "clears the way" so to speak, to orientate a person, if they wish, TO OBEY THE LORD GOD, the same God that many pray, ask questions, and listen to, the same Lord God with different names that go along with different cultures and languages of humankind: same Lord God, same Superbeing; any name for him is allowed, but ONLY IF IT'S POLITE; traditional names are ok, however, humankind, keep that list of names to a minimum because if everyone had a different name for HIM, it could lead to confusion. Remember that the Lord Jesus Christ will Return, and will Teach others much better than I can, in fact, I'm not a teacher, I'm a guide.
BOILED MASHED RED POTATO RECIPE WITH CAPSICUM.
THE RECIPE:
STEP ONE: Assemble the ingredients: some red potatoes, a green capsicum (some call them peppers, but capsicum is a very large vegetable compared to peppers of the chilli variety, and different). A bottle of pure water, or some water collected from the rains: whatever is best and also available; tap water is not as good, but still, can be used. Also, some Olive Oil spread, even if you buy some Olive Oil and blend it or food-process it: that's even better. Enamel pots are superior.
STEP TWO: Bring to the boil, water, and after chopping roughly, 4 medium-sized Red Potatoes, the red potatoes, quite small chunks, (keep the skins on them), add to the boiling water and boil for 8 minutes, please time this as exactly as possible. Strain the water out.
STEP THREE: Slice 1/8" thick slices or 3-4mm thick slices of one whole Green Capsicum, slicing vertically, but DO NOT include the seeds and centre. Bring to the boil, more pure water, add the capsicum, and boil for 7 minutes, timed as exactly as possible. Strain the water out.
STEP FOUR: Mash the above together, with 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil Spread (optional).
DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE.
ADMINISTER: GIVE IN THESE QUANTITIES ONLY:
Adults/Teens: 3 tbsp 2 x daily for 4 weeks
Children: 2 tbsp 2 x daily for 3 weeks.
Toddlers: 1 tbsp 1 x daily for 2 weeks.
COURSES: 7 courses, 7 weeks apart, for all of the above.
NEVER TO BABIES. A warning, about young teens babysitting for the first and other times: DO NOT FEED A LITTLE BABY, ANY SOLID FOOD OR YOGHURT ETC; ask the baby's parents before babysitting, what am I supposed to give the baby? Ask, every time: is the child old enough to eat? AND: NEVER put food in anyone's mouth when the patient is resting on their BACK (choking is painful, and can lead to death). Take this seriously.
Any meal of potato will put on weight: please exercise: it takes 5 months for the extra weight to show. If you were to eat 4 tbsp potato, and NOT exercise, the weight will "pile" on; we recommend 1/2 an hour walking per day for 9 weeks, then 3/4 of an hour for 9 weeks, then 1 hour, etc up to 2 hours a day. If you wish to diet, we say there still should be a root-vegetable in the diet, perhaps for slimmers, use carrots or parsnip, red beet (beetroot), instead. Ask a Doctor, please, to make certain your new way of eating will work, and thats' it's balanced.
RE-HEATING: only warm gently, and do not reheat too hot THIS RECIPE; NEVER microwave this recipe in particular, or any in general.
MICROWAVE OVENS: for good nutrition and health; no, if you eat food that over the space of ONE day has been in the microwave for more than 3 minutes, you will later on feel more irritated.
MICROWAVE OVENS ARE NO USE FOR EVEN WHEATIE-BAGS, when we take into account the frequencies/vibration of too much in the way of microwaves and their “fields”;
AND MUD-PACKS FOR ARTHRITIS: Heat them, please, in your usual electric oven, for a more natural frequency or “vibration”. The correct term is NOT “vibration”; it's “frequency”. HEAT on a moderate heat, around 180 degrees Celcius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit, but use the timer and add some water, and keep a very close watch since it will only take a very few minutes to have the wheatie bags etc. heated just right. Wheatie bags and Mud-packs seem to do the same job, if your body needs that extra heat to relieve pain (often by relaxing the muscles). If you have sore muscles etc., one of the first things to do is check: is there, as an adult, around 1 teaspoon of salt in your diet? Those without salt in their diet find: sore muscles, cramps and so forth. A salt tablet, or 1 glass of water with a teaspoon (adult rate to give) of salt in there, and drink it: is the pain now gone, within a minute? If so, remember when cooking to add 1 tsp salt to the water, this is then dilute and some of the salt will be absorbed by the food, and by the time the balanced diet with vegetables is eaten, at the end of the day: perfect! Children, of course, should eat less. Sometimes, zinc chelate helps.
NEVER EAT OR DRINK PRODUCTS THAT ARE GENETICALLY ENGINEERED OR CLONED, e.g. No to eating milk from Cloned or genetically engineered cows, goats, etc. Please, humankind, stop and think past the dollar, and think that what you, the scientists, are doing is: unnaturally tampering with Mother Nature: that will NOT do! It's unhealthy, and can many years later, after eating only a small amount, before the pain and the signs and symptoms develop. THE ANSWER FOR PEOPLE, WHOMEVER WILL LISTEN IS: Produce, and buy only ORGANIC products. A surplus is good, especially of food: and if you find you have much more than you need, GIVE SOME AWAY. Your neighbours might like some extra food, the Churches often have food-banks for anyone that really needs some more food in their home.
Question: IS a Sushi diet balanced enough to be healthy, and yet for people to eat only sushi and maybe carrots, would that also be balanced enough?
Answer: NO, it will NOT do. It will cause metabolism problems, later on, and the person will crave for fatty foods, later on. We can of course, eat Sushi and enjoy it, however, a person has been promoting the idea of weight-loss by eating only Sushi and drinking water, nothing else, 3 Shushi she said, either daily or per meal. Of course, eating that little would lose weight, however, she has real “slimming problems” and now looks very, very haggard, gaunt and says her life “is a mess”, and she's very unhappy and is now “receiving counselling” for her problem.
I read somewhere that if a person really wants to lose weight, and keep it off, lose the weight slowly with a diet-plan that is palatable and enjoyable, so that we would keep on the diet and LIKE the diet enough. I feel, that's probably wise, however, later on when the weight has dropped by a certain amount, (before the person looks in a mirror and says they are skinny, we would say when the person says the weight is perfect plus a couple of pounds, approximately, then don't eat lesser, maybe add in some cheese, or potatoes, etc., that will mean the person won't reduce weight to the points of being skinny and/or anorexic. This should work, give or take a pound or two; remember: it takes 5 weeks for the diet to be metabolished into fat. Keep on with the salt in the diet, however, a smaller amount for those who are overweight. Exercise, if you can.
ORGANIC VEGETABLES, FRUITS, FOODS, PLEASE. And: Genetically Engineered has so little medicinal value as to be useless, it fills the stomach and tastes nice, but is so artificial and unnatural: e.g. Sweet Corn with Scorpion Genes: later on, because all those unnatural TYPES OF FIBRE, dna strands, in those foods are there, the strands do have to go somewhere, and it could be your finger-joints in pain, as mine are, years after eating so little corn that we did not know was genetically engineered. ASK YOUR GOVERNMENTS: Please, make certain all foods are labelled either: GEFree, ORGANIC, or G.E.: THESE ARE THE THREE CATEGORIES WE NEED OUR FOOD LABELLED, TO GIVE US OUR HUMAN RIGHTS.
